4. Orders Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders) or the COD order is verified. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including product unavailability, a genuine pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery serviceability issues, or incorrect information provided with the order. If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been received, we will initiate a full refund in accordance with our Payment and Refund Policies and applicable law.
