Payment Policy

We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India, subject to payment-method and delivery serviceability.

Payment Methods

Prepaid payments are currently processed through payment service provider like Razorpay. Available payment methods may include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and supported wallets or other payment methods, as displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, device, and the payment methods enabled at the time of purchase.

We currently accept domestic payment methods made available at checkout. An additional COD handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders and, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated. Your final payable amount, including any applicable COD, shipping, discount, tax, or other charge, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment Security

Prepaid payments are processed through payment service provider like Razorpay that maintains PCIDSS compliance for its applicable payment infrastructure. Depending on the payment method and checkout flow, you may be redirected to payment service provider, your bank, UPI applica on, or another authorised payment interface to authenticate and complete the transaction and returned to our website once payment is done.

Fairywren does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or similar payment authentication credentials. Payment credentials are processed through the relevant payment service provider and financial institution. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as transaction ID, payment status, amount, payment method, and masked payment information, for order processing, refunds, reconciliation, and accounting purposes.

If Your Payment Is Deducted but Not Confirmed

If an amount is debited from your account but the payment is unsuccessful or your order is not confirmed, the transaction may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment service provider in accordance with the timelines applicable to that payment method under RBI requirements. If the amount is not reversed within the applicable period, please contact your bank or payment service provider and email us at hello@fairywrenbeauty.com with:

Your transaction reference number

• The email ID and phone number used to place the order
• The date and time of the transaction

We will review the payment status available to us and assist you with the transaction where reasonably possible. Please do not share your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, net-banking password, or other confidential authentication credentials with Fairywren when contacting us.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction is unauthorised, duplicated, or incorrectly charged, please contact us and your bank or payment service provider promptly. Any chargeback or payment-dispute rights will be subject to the rules of your bank, card network, payment service provider, and applicable law.

Order Confirmation

For prepaid orders, your order is confirmed once the payment is successfully confirmed by our payment system. For COD orders, the order may be subject to confirmation or verification before dispatch. If a prepaid payment is unsuccessful or incomplete, the order will not be processed for dispatch unless payment is subsequently confirmed.
